you will deepen the understanding of a courageous conversation and will gain practice by working your cases with the support of a role-play actor.

Your Invitational Power

you will explore your implicit power through the practice of the giving and receiving essence feedback.

Principles of Conversational Leadership 

Invitas offers a 9 months program for those who desire a deeper understanding of the elements of conversational leadership and wish to develop their practice and cultivate an invitational presence to others. While currently available in the United States we invite you to express your interest in following this program in The Netherlands.
